We have just come back from a 4 night stay at Rose Cottage. Tracey was very helpful when booking as we booked last minute. She provided lots of recommendations for local places to visit and eat which we used and they didn't disappoint. Can personally recommend a walk along the canal and lunch at plume of feathers. The cottage itself is in a great location, with two dog friendly pubs 2 mins walk away. You can tell that a lot of love has gone into the cottage in the decor and little touches throughout. It was a 5 star stay. The owners have thought of everything and have gone above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
We took our two doggies who loved snoozing next to the fire.
It’s more spacious and even better in real life. So clean and well presented.
The welcome gifts were very much appreciated, we had milk, bread, Prosecco, Lindt chocolates which was so lovely.
The cottage was decorated for Christmas and felt so warm and homely.
Huge driveway and lovely garden with a hot tub.
Definitely would recommend and would love to come back in the summer.
