The Deep Pan Man — Restaurant in Staffordshire Moorlands

Oh dear tonight wasnt good. As we have ordered from these guys before and had delicious food, the pizzas we got tonight were not the same standard as the curries we had previously. Meat lovers delight pizza seemed to have old meat and didnt taste right. The asian pizza was ok but I thought I'd get better (maybe that's wishful thinking). Previously the food has been great as we love the curries they do. Cant fault them. In fact highly recommend the curry. But pizza, for 'the deep pan man' was a disappointment. Also, we decided to use them as a previous Papa Johns experience was awful. Mixed thoughts here on this place. Feel let down.

Latest order, tonight on 4-4-21 was another disappointment- garlic nan when we asked for garlic and cheese nan (either that or I cant taste the cheese). Chicken pakora and meat samosas were fine. Popadom ok too. Curry was a bit to be desired. Disappointed again. Inconsistent.

Don't be put off by the bad reviews. A few years ago, The Deep Pan Man had a hygiene rating of zero. I'll leave you to imagine what the food and customer service was like. However, it now has a hygiene rating of 4 stars. The food is great quality at a great price and the staff are lovely - they always make conversation when they're not busy with delivery drivers. And that leads me onto this fabulous kebab shop's only downside. There is always cars pulling up outside and delivery drivers coming in and out. I suppose this happens with lots of restraunts, but this is exceptinally worse due to the fact it is located in the heart of Blythe Bridge. Shame really....

I've not used Deep Pan Man for a couple of years after a few poor meals. I put a review on reflecting this back then. I gave it another try tonight, SO HAPPY I DID! FOOD WAS DELICIOUS 👌👌 They have clearly improved everything massively. My mixed Kebab was one of the best Kebabs I've had in a long time. All the meat was cooked to perfection with a beautiful smokey charr to it. The Nan bread was soft and fresh. My wife had the fried chicken, which was delicious, fresh, juicy, and full of flavour. Great to see they are back on track serving quality food. I'll definitely be ordering...
