ordered online, DO NOT BOTHER. i ordered 4 things, only 2 came so i wrung up the place there was a nice lady on the phone who said that if i ordered some crisps that i would get the stuff i was missing without charge and some freebies. perfect, so i did just that except my sister added two more items on the order which i thought they would be smart enough to know that the order with the crisps would obviously be the women who was just on the phone saying she was gonna order the crisps to get her previous missing order. I was very wrong. The order came with only my sisters food which was dry and unenjoyable, no sight of my missing food and on top of that they didnt even get me my crisps that i paid for in the delivery. Read moreI have been getting my breakfast from Greggs few years now, however it is with sadness to me to notice that when I buy from them (as a regular costumer) they don't appreciate me (as a regular) enough for choosing them - I am melanited in skin colour (not too sure if it's because of that, but it's just makes the items taste less good). Read moreI had to cater for a work Christmas dinner and decided to buy in Gregg's Festive bakes while I cooked roast spuds and veg for 300 people. Angela and her staff were amazing and incredibly customer focused. At such a busy time of year, they couldn't do enough for us and even gave us a few trays of donuts. While I was paying (as the shop was closing) a customer came in for a baguette, which she let him for free. This generosity is so unheard of these days but it's this that makes them so successful.
