On the opening day of Domino's Pizza Poynton, I had the pleasure of visiting their establishment and indulging in their delicious pizza. The overall experience was quite pleasant, with a few notable highlights and areas for improvement.
Firstly, let's talk about the pizza. It was absolutely lovely. The crust had the perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Whether you prefer classic Margherita or adventurous combinations, Domino's Pizza Poynton offers a wide variety of options to satisfy any pizza lover's cravings. The quality of their ingredients and the skillful execution of their recipes definitely earned them a solid five-star rating in terms of food.
Moving on to the atmosphere and service, the establishment itself looked lovely on its opening day. The decor was modern, inviting, and created a comfortable ambiance for diners. The staff members were attentive, and I particularly want to highlight the lady with the brown hair who served me. She was incredibly nice and welcoming, making me feel valued as a customer. Her warm demeanor added to the positive experience and contributed to the overall enjoyment of my visit.
However, it's important to mention a contrasting experience with another staff member. The blonde lady who accompanied the brown-haired lady displayed unprofessional behavior. She didn't smile or provide a warm welcome upon entering the establishment. Moreover, her lack of reaction to small talk during our initial interaction was disappointing. It's essential for staff members, especially on opening day, to create a friendly and welcoming environment for customers. Unfortunately, her behavior fell short in this regard.
In terms of the service itself, it was decent but could have been more consistent. While the brown-haired lady provided good service, the overall experience was hindered by the contrasting behavior of her colleague. Hence, I would rate the service three stars out of five.
To summarize, Domino's Pizza Poynton offers a delightful pizza experience with a wide array of tasty options. The establishment is visually appealing and provides a comfortable atmosphere. The lady with the brown hair serving was friendly and welcoming, contributing positively to the overall experience. However, the unprofessional behavior of the blonde lady, who didn't smile, stared, and lacked responsiveness, detracted from the otherwise pleasant visit. With improvements in consistent service delivery, Domino's Pizza Poynton has the potential to provide an exceptional dining experience for its customers.

Told 5 days to resolve a month and a half later got offered a 9 inch pizza. Went back, finally got a 12 inch foc. There was flese advertising with my half and half saying price is x, but there was no way to get that price. It was a start off price but they don't tell you this. I rang up, was told the free pizza would be delivered free, but the one I wanted for me not just my son ws 4 quid delivery. So 1 pizza free the extra one to add more money in the til was 4 quid on top of them trying to charge me twice as much. (half price offer when we bought so 12.49, and he tried charging me 25 quid plus 4 quid delivery to "make up" for the bad service. Finally convinced him what a cxxt he was sounding like agreed to common sense so I gave card details. Held back security number to say I'm recording this call and there is a month a half comaint and If you charge more than the 12.49 agreed it's fraud and will add to a bigger complaint. All of a sudden he couldn't hear me for 30 seconds and then the card reader reset really quickly and I had to provide full card details again....odd that. I think he added a lot more than the agreed 12.49 (which should have been 0 as it was to replace 2 under toped pizzas. Not sure why I'm locked to Stockport south when there are 4 others nearer. This place is really dodgy avoid the one near gran central Stockport like the plague. Go pick up elsewhere or spend half as much for twice as much anywhere else. There are scam artists running dominoes franchises. Never used to be like this....odd they all sound the same when you ring ring them and they have no problem ripping off people with English...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely shocking service. I ordered online through the app. We turned up to collect our order and were told there was no order in our name. The staff member that appeared to be the manager had no customer service skills. He was unhelpful and beyond rude. He had no customer service skills. He was blunt and did not go out of his way to help us. I have worked in retail management most of my life and I always go out of my way to help customers. But this staff member was a shocking example of an ambassador of Dominos. He rudely sent us to the Stockport branch and did not check any of his orders to help us. He sent us two miles out of our way to Stockport to discover there was no order for us there. We returned back to Buxton Road and we were seen by the same very rude staff member. Our pizzas were there all along and by now cold and they were over cooked. We had no apologiesā¦ā¦nothing. I am not one to normally complain but on this occasion I feel the need to. I would encourage anyone to place any future orders at their Cheadle...
