Our experience wasnt great. To start with the queue was really long with only one person on the till which wouldnt usually matter but with an overall bad experience it didnt help. The meals came after confusion about the food they did and didnt have left without a smile and general miserable attitude. Once we had our food we were told they had no napkins and to use wipes, we went to find there were also no wipes left. Another few minutes waiting for wipes. Picking a table to eat at proved to be a task due to large amounts of rubbish piled up on nearly every table forcing us to sit near the door. We had debated maybe moving some rubbish but the bins were all full resulting to the mounds of rubbish on tables. Food was ok, not great.. but would have been less of an issue if everything else was fine. People behind us were told there were no mini fillets left so turn around and left, this was due to something being broken which sometimes cant be helped obviously but the whole organisation and experience was just awful. Also the car park was covered with litter and looked disgusting. If it doesnt attract rats it would be a miracle!

After physically driving down tonight, after many many failed orders…again we have been let down by this absolute shocking food restaurant. Firstly, the ordering machine was not working. And actually had a sign on it saying it wasn’t working, then when pulling up to the window to place the order due to the broken machine, the member of staff was rude and hesitant to take my order. Secondly, once again they’ve got the order wrong, along with not even asking me what sides I wanted. Thirdly, when I got home to check the price I had paid. Somehow, I have spent Ā£7 more than what I was meant to have spent. Also I could not verify my order, due to them not giving me a receipt for my transaction. Fourthly, when trying to ring the store to try get this rectified, they didn’t answer a single phone call. This will be the last time this store will have my custom and payment from me. Unacceptable! Yet again, I thought let’s try KFC, yet again, dissatisfaction. Surprise?… not really !?

They had also ran out of normal drinks and offered us a fruit shoot, water or orange juice, if I wanted a kids meal I would have asked for onešŸ™„ I asked for both drinks to be replaced with a bottle and said I would have to pay for it? 250ml of orange juice isn’t going to cut a fat dry mouthšŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø Horrific place and AVOID! Would never be visiting again even if I was desperate. Also hidden charges they do not tell you about, 20% plus an extra 12.5% on top of the price displayed on the boards?

Absolutely shocking. I will not even collect food from here for Uber. From a distance of 2 miles away I received 2 orders through the Uber app for this KFC on London Rd. Due to traffic it took me 10 minutes to be face to face with a KFC staff member. The 1st order was ready but the 2nd order wasn't so it wasn't possible to start the delivery. On picking up the first order, the order in the bag was incorrect. They'd asked for orange fruit shoots but bagged up was Blackcurrant. So now it's worse. Now I'm well aware it's very possible this order is for children. The time I received this order was 1900. It was sat waiting in my hot bag. 25 minutes have now gone. The food is warm, not hot and will likely become cold. There is no central heating in the bag. It had become not about money, but to serve customers well and respectfully. 30 minutes have now past and I'm waiting fir order number 2 still. Another driver walks in and asks how long the wait is. The staff member says, "I don't know, sorry". Then she shares a giggle with her colleague. I don't know if she's embarrassed or too thick to gain some control and a strong head to give us some understanding. 35 minutes have now past. Respect is out the window. I ask, "how long for the second order, you gave me this 1 ot''s going to get cold. I need think order to start the delivery. Her response, " I'm sorry, I don't know". All she had to do was ask for 2 wraps and figure out why they weren't made after 35minutes. I gave them 5 more minutes and decided to message my Uber eats customer an apology. I told them their food was too cold and recommended they not order from this KFC as the wait for food is too excessive and the staff don't know why. I gave the food back to KFC and said, "This food is cold, so I'm not delivering it" I just hope they knew not to send it cold and maybe with the correct drinks.

If you need KFC I'd recommend a different store. Stockport TownCentre seems OK but all the others always seen to get stuff wrong.

SFC Hazel Grove are good and Nanjoos in Bredbury (good sub). Even Dixy's chicken. Choosing KFC is always risk.

Look around on the Uber just eat app or even when you're out and about. There are much better customer friendly places than KFC.

Local businesses care more than your nationwide KFC. Families put their heart and soul into their chicken businesses. They want to serve you well. KFC staff just want to go home and to be fair to them. I get it, it's not a nice environment. It's...

Attention to detail is very poor, chicken is often cooked to death having I suspect, been kept far too long in readiness. This restaurant is not as busy as a fast-food outlet should be, largely due I suspect to its lacklustre performance. That and many have I suspect witnessed the ill treatment of a disabled employee report on Facebook. Whilst I did not make the report, I witnessed some abuse of a young lady whose only crime as far as I am aware was that she was shy & a little more retiring than the bumpkins abusing her while I watched on disgusted from my drive thru window. Additionally I have a Colonels Club card which promises to give guaranteed advantages to members. However I have declared my card status asked to redeem my offers and, on no less than three separate occasions been fobbed off with lesser discounts than my entitlement at which times "mysteriously" their tills were unable to supply evidential receipts. I have reported this on one occasion to the KFC complaints and comments feedback form online & in due time received a phone call from their liason staff, once I explained the fact they had left me over £2.75 out of pocket for this particular incident, he empathised but made no attempt to reimburse me. To be fair I can understand why I was not reimbursed, it is NOT my fault there was no evidence of the discount error as no receipt was provided even though I always ask for one. I have decided not to give anymore business to KFC directly as a result of poor treatment received. Let's be fair, they treated me like they were not requiring my prolonged custom anyway... Done online drivethru order #10045 July 9 about 5pm purposely to get order quick in order to have a quick meal ready for 7pm night shift. I was asked to wait in the car park to wait as it's understandable having a big order. I was disappointed coz my order was late 20 mins as the two cars behind had their order on reasonable time. I went in store to find out they were handing a lot small orders to many dining in stores, uber orders and few recent on drivetru. So I complained that felt my order was least prioritised. Martin explained only that the chicken just came out and will have mine piping hot showing no concern about my order being very late carried on and ignored. I emphasise that standards regarding orders in queue was very bad and needs to be addressed. Matters made worst when having my meal at home that I only got 12 instead of 14 chicken pieces from my party sharing bucket and this is not the only time has happened but few times with wrong /missing pieces from the order.
