Well done Mellors on making it difficult for customers to use your toilet facilities. By placing a key pad lock whereby the customer has to request a code to enter said toilet, now makes it particularly difficult for the elderly who often struggle with eyesight and hand mobility problems. I was really in a tough position when I was shopping in Romiley village and I was desperate for the loo and we have no public loos. I popped over to mellors with my mask on to ask politely to use the loo. I was firmly told no as I wasn't drinking /eating. I explained there was no public loo and she couldn't care. Firstly the food and drink here is lovely here which is a shame because the place has an awful atmosphere which starts from the moment you step in. One staff in particular, who I am surprised still is employed here is so unfriendly and not once have I seen her smile. You feel so unwelcome here.
