Well done Mellors on making it difficult for customers to use your toilet facilities. By placing a key pad lock whereby the customer has to request a code to enter said toilet, now makes it particularly difficult for the elderly who often struggle with eyesight and hand mobility problems. I popped over to mellors with my mask on to ask politely to use the loo. I was firmly told no as I wasn't drinking /eating. I explained there was no public loo and she couldn't care.
