I order often, I like the shop and the food. Last night the food arrived in 20 minutes but was lukewarm! Obviously went out for delivery without an insulated bag. Although I enjoy the pizza, I really think it needs more sauce on the base. Also, you really need to use pizza savers, those plastic spacers that prevent the lid from getting pressed onto the pizza. It’s not fair to order a pizza and for it to arrive damaged. I have had a lot of nice food, but a customer expects this. This review is based on the bad experiences I’ve had. Called in before I ordered and asked if everything was halal. The person on the phone said it was halal. So I ordered and then finding out just before the orders here, only chicken and beef is halal. I call in and then a different person picks up and tells me chicken and beef is only halal. I explain my situation and the person on the phone says they can't do anything, not even a partial refund.
