Used these for over 10 years but never again. Placed order on line for delivery at a certain time. When it was 20 mins late rang to be told well its out for delivery. 10 mins later, now half hour late order turns up with not even 1 word of apology. On opening the food was cold and one of the kebabs was wrong. Whilst having to reheat the food I rang to complain and was met with someone just trying to talk over me. I will admit I was pretty angry but was only trying to explain how bad the whole delivery was. I rang off and was rung back with the sarcasm of have you calmed down now. Having chosen my item off the menu a (tikka burger and fries £4.10) I went to pay only to be charged £4.70. When questioning the employee he said did you not read the hand written sign below the menu stating some prices have gone up. I suggested updating the store signage and leaflets was the correct way to go about it before any price increases were made. I feel they just make a price up at the till, as the sign does not confirm how much each item is increased by. This would not be acceptable in any other store so why does a takeaway think it’s ok? Very poor service. Order came wrong and when I rang up to complain they were very rude on the phone saying the order was correct. When I pointed out that the order was clearly wrong, the guy on the phone accepted that the order was wrong but stated that I had to pay again for the correct meal?? Before anyone from the takeaway tries to comment on my review saying this is not true or I am mistaken, the person who answered the phone WAS 100% RUDE AND 100% DIDN'T CARE ABOUT CORRECTING THEIR OWN MISTAKE.
