Regular customer however tonight will be the last time we order. Pizza turned up moldy, had green moldy specks on back of pizza, rang to complain which we have never done with all the multiple previous orders we have had to be told it can't be moldy as been freshly made today and must be vegetables although we had no green vegetables on either pizza. Disappointed not only with the order having to go in the bin but the complete disregard to our concerns despite being a regular customer and never previously complained.

We’ve ordered from this takeaway many times before, but the same issue keeps happening.

In our most recent order, the burger came with only one piece of lettuce, a single slice of onion, and just a tiny dot of sauce. This has been a recurring problem, not just a one-off, and it really affects the quality of the meal.

As regular customers, it’s disappointing to see such little care put into the burgers. These basic ingredients are part of what makes the meal enjoyable — when they’re barely there, the food ends up dry and underwhelming.

Begged and pleaded for them to ring and not knock on my house as it sets my dog off late at night. Left it in the comments for their delivery driver on their site and rang to double check he'd seen it to which he confirmed they'd call. Could imagine this would be terrible service if you lived in flats or a pent up area as they don't call at all and I actually like their food it's not too overpriced and is decent to say the least about it.
