absolutely awful, didn’t eat a thing, ordered 2x cheesy chips and cheesy naan bread also a cheesy garlic bread, the chips were undercooked, the cheesy naan had no cheese neither did the cheesy garlic bread, rang up to let them know and i was told the Manager was not in and he would call back, didn’t hear anything back for almost an hour and had to call back myself and the manager was all of a sudden there, the situation was addressed poorly and i was made out as if i was lying, the manager is extremely rude and could only offer a 10% discount next time i order (which i most definitely won’t be). absolutely poor management and will never be ordering from here again, do not...

Really appalled at the customer service tonight, used Kings before and would have recommended to anyone, not anymore. Made out to be a liar that they had knocked on my door they definitely hadn’t because we were literally right next to it and in the window. The driver explained he’d gone to the wrong house to me when he came back to deliver, the guy on the phone at kings needs to learn to tell the truth. Used Kings for the first time last night. Used the buy 2 get one free curry option plus extras. We had poppadums etc. A really tasty veg rogan josh, lamb tikka masala, egg pilau rice, garlic naan & keema naan, and tarka dhal. For pudding red velvet cake and a bueno cheesecake.
