PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EAT!!! OR ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! (unless you want food poisoning).

I only ordered from here because it’s open late & was very hungry. The delivery took well over a hour to arrive and the only thing that smelt worse than the food was the guy that delivered it. I’m not even kidding, the moment I opened my front door I was met with a strong stench coming from the delivery guy. He smelt like weed mixed with BO & cigarettes. I don’t like to judge people so I just figured maybe he’s having a bad few months. Anyway, I paid and once I got into my kitchen and opened the bag the smell of the so called food literally made me gag so violently I very nearly threw up. I immediately threw the so called food straight into the bin outside as I did not want it in the my house. I’m so shocked that this place is allowed to be open & sell people disgusting stinking food. I genuinely think they’re going to end up killing someone if they are allowed to keep selling their rancid food.

Side note: I told my friend about my experience the same night & he immediately told me about his awful experience there too. He ordered food and paid online a few months ago but it never arrived and they refused to give him a refund. I personally think it would’ve been worse for him if they actually...

I’ve ordered from here for years, use to be my favourite and I’m not sure if they’ve had new people take over or what but the food has gone disgusting! The last few times The veg has gone slimey and the onions smell like they are months paste the date!! This time like they’ve loaded extra onions on to get rid of them or something 😂 there is that many everything taste like off onion, my whole flat stinks of off onion! normally only get a few sprinkled on but this is next level.. it’s like they’ve put 2 whole onions in! Don’t get me started on the donner meat! All weird textured like it’s not cooked properly/been boiled😅 never ordering from here again! Gone so down hill it’s unreal. Don’t bother and save your money

I am absolutely in shock of my experience. We ordered the takeaway to our uni acomadation, it was quite obvious that the driver was lost but when he arrived as far as i could tell he had not even followed the adress on the receipt proceeding to shove it in our faces as if it was our fault he ended up at a hostel and not our uni acom ( we typed the adress into maps and it took us to the right place).Honestly just appalled with the service with being shouted at having a reciept shoved in our face and having the driver blaming his mistake on us. Due to how long it took my friends cookie dough was rock hard and our food was stone cold. I understand navigating uni campuses can be difficult but this is not an exuse to blatantly shout at innocent students that are paying...
