Absolutely awful, 5 times in a row now, they believe that not including something in my order is acceptable, i ordered a meal aswell as a McFlurry and a muffin, yet both desserts were not Included, not to mention the Fanta that had been spilled all over my cold food. Before they blame it on just eat, it’s not their job to put the food in the bags. I’ve been told before that if I order something that doesn’t say out of stock but yet you have no StockX you won’t include anything at random due to allergies. Can you please explain how stealing money is better than putting anything in at random to replace what you couldn’t put in?

It was all freezing cold, burned and undercooked. I don't know how they managed to mess up that badly. And to rectify that.. £1.60 refunded?! I'd rather have given their awful food back and had my money back. Its become terrible about caring about it's customers.. and happy to refund a few pence for a day/evening ruined. When the restaurant could've just quality checked the food. I've left you a quick photo, just a small sample of the fabulous quality served by this place. As you can imagine, straight in the bin.

Two cappuccinos, two different prices, yet the same amount of coffee in the medium as in the large. Never buy a large coffee from any McDonald's you will only ever recieve a medium, but you will pay for a large. I've actually been in asked about this and they said it's an error with the coffee machines, but they are still happy to take your money for a large knowing your not getting one.

If I could give zero stars I would. The coffee has been disgusting at this particular branch for several days. I bought two lattes today and they tasted horribly burnt with a bike after taste. I took them back into the store and the manager did another two by pouring new beans on top of the disgusting beans hence two more disgusting cups of latte which I left in the car park. I had asked him to use a different machine but he didn't, and told him the problem with putting the beans in how he did. I got no answer and he used the same machine. It was too busy to go back again to stand like a lemon waiting for the manager to notice you and eventually having to go to the front of the queue to the frustration of other customers.

McDonald's have been so awful since the bag people started making the queues longer and the quality worse. I'm not going back, Costa and decent coffee for me.

Getting slower by the day. Queues that would have gone through in a couple of minutes now take about 15 minutes due to the ever increasing number of bag-people and decreasing number of staff. Regularly runs out of everything you might want. Possibly the worst Macdonald's in Stoke-on-Trent.

Very poor vegetarian choice as all McDonald's. This particular 'restaurant' has a bad habit of running out of essentials, milk one one occasion! They have slowed down as is generally the case with all McDonald's since they started dealing with the Bag People - Ubereats and similar. For a number of weeks they continued to use a faulty drinks dispenser which failed to give a full cup of latte, I'm not sure what it was but it was only half full and didn't taste like latte. The staff and manager knew it was faulty but their argument for not using a functioning dispenser was that it would take too long. So unless you checked your drinks you would get to your location only to find half a cup of horrible 'coffee'. I feel for the staff, it seems they are often understaffed. Even Burger King have managed to get a decent veggie burger but we're still stuck with mushed vegetables in some kind of...

Trent Vale store,Springfield Retail Park.Spent 20 minutes watching part of our order going cold,set on the side.When the order was completed it was cold, so we asked for it to be swapped for hot meals.10 minutes later,our order was handed over to us,and yet again,it was barely warm,but we decided to cut our losses,went home,discovered one of the orders was wrong(fiery chicken instead of plain chicken fillet), but we ate what we could.Staff were too busy preparing Just Eat orders instead of serving instore customers,so other customers were making the same complaint about cold food and wrong orders,but not approaching staff.We travel alot and use McDonald's quite often,but this is our local branch and is definitely the worst experience.Not a good service but some of the staff were understanding, some were rushing orders,so was inevitable that mistakes were made.We won't be using or recommend this branch ever again,and not because we're moving out of the area. Absolute shambles fast food it is not, a joy for uber, just eat and deliveroo drivers as they walk in grab there orders and go/ max wait was 5 minutes for them whilst I was in here, yet the people who take the time to come and eat in have to sit and wait and wait and wait, nearly 30 mins for a breakfast roll and bacon roll meal which was thrown together and only warm when it eventually came. Me and my wife weren't the only ones 5 other tables were sitting without anything for just as long and having to ask about their food, which then most had to take away. When the question was put to the manager, he said they don't prioritise the delivery services although it may seem that way, we'll if it seems that way then it probably is. Again the delivery drivers came and went whilst we all sat there twiddling our thumbs. This store does not seem to think much for the overall customer satisfaction or overall dining in experience you get...
