Had to wait over 45 minutes for food and them it was wrong

After response from owner calling me a liar I will give more information I sat at the rear of your car park from 6.14pm and received my food at 7.06pm I asked several of your staff how long I would be waiting which the response I got back is I will check but it will be soon on the car park there were several other people that were disgruntled with the delay that 1 person even suggested that instead of walking up and down car park shouting out food orders for exact information 4 chips and 4 cod which was brought out and not claimed at least 3 times 1 other patron on the car park suggested that maybe you should issue numbers instead of asking colour and make of car While I appreciate the offer of a refund i feel it is not the cost of the food that caused me the issue it was the waiting and then to be called a liar I find very...

It's hard to find a good chippy these days. This is the best I've had in Newcastle and Stoke for a long time.

I ordered sausage, regular chips, and curry via Uber Eats at 7.15pm. I was a little concerned the food would be luke warm when it was delivered. Everything was as hot as if I went to the chippy myself. Request for scraps was followed and given the temperature they were cooked to order. Portion of chips and scraps was huge - big enough for 2 people.

Bonus points for wrapping everything in paper. Any chippy which uses foam trays is not a proper chippy and doesn't understand how foam...

Ordered using their own app for the first time. Easy ordering as the app is very clear and simple to use.

Chips were cooked perfect - proper "Chippy chips", nice and fresh. The battered fish was light and crispy. The small Doner & chips was anything but small, and the Doner meat wasn't greasy/fatty.

The food was delivered well before given time which was great as we were absolutely famished. Great food, a good price and fantastic service. Thank you.
