McDonald's — Restaurant in Sunderland

We used this takeaway on Sat 14th November 2020. We placed an order online which was straight forward and received a code to give when we called to collect. When we got there there was quite a que for the drive through and the staff handling the drive through seemed to not know what to do, as they informed us to go into the car park and then to the entrance of the shop. My wife went to the entrance only to be told that we should have gone through the drive through to collect the order. After a long wait a member of staff eventually sorted our order, with no toy in the happy meals for the grandchildren but books instead. (1 child 2yrs old). It was chaos. Other people were also unhappy due to the waiting times as my wife found out from a staff member that, just eat and uber eats are given priority. Been here several Thursdays in a row. If I could give zero stars I would. Every time it is the same carry on. Kids swearing when little ones around then get attitude off them and staff are aware of this and do nothing about it. Wait ages for the food as they are so bothered about getting deliveries and drive through out. Delivery people taking up seats. Laptops for kids placed where they know the swearing kids sit. Absolute nightmare every week. And not to mention the hair in the drink and staff stating do you just want the lid changed. Erm no change the whole thing please. Where is the training and when did the customer sitting in become the last ones to care about !!!...

Been to macdonalds at Ryhope and i cant even desribe how shocking it was tonight its bad enough anytime of week but tonight was just diabolical service was very poor that many staff and they dont know what each one is doing waited nearly 20 minutes for nuggets and chips then while waiting they got mops and buckets out scrubbing floors at serving counters mop handles sticking out having to move them to get food just absolutely shocking health and safety inspectors would have a field day just the worst i have to rate it but it doesnt even deserve a rating but to post i have to so a 1 star is just too good for it a 0 isnt even...
