Pizza Uno — Restaurant in Sunderland

Absolutely furious! Placed an order late last night then rang up to say I want the same free pizza & pepperonis on top & chips to be fresh and crispy. Order came & no free pizza so rang them up Spoke to Craig who was super rude told me tuff there’s nothing I can do baring in mind I’ve had to complain about how rude he is before. And then we have tried the food, pizza was still doughy on the bottom, chips tasted like they had been there for hours and not well done at all rang them up to speak to manager Craig told me he not there and ring back at 4 the next day so rang them up and 4 guess what have to ring back at 6 rang back at 6 asked for manager someone put me on phone to Craig I said no I want the manager he said if it’s about your order last night he’s going to tell you nothing he can do just like I’m telling you, asked to speak to manager to put a formal complain in he said he doesn’t know when he can come to phone 😂 so I said what if I come into store he said maybe he will speak to you 😂😂 what the actually heck! I order from these 1-2 times a week weather it’s something but it small and never had such bad food or no even worse bad customer experience and...

Absolutely vile. I've ordered here for years and not once but twice have I recieved hairs in my food. The first time I let it slide and just let them know as i was a very loyal and returning customer. The second time I asked them for a refund and they wanted proof the hair was in the food to which I explained there was much left as it was found in the second to last piece. But they still wanted it, driver came to door and asked how I wanted my refund and I said to my card that I paid with. Over a week later still nothing so I rang up and the poor service assistant had to be an in-between as the manager refused to come on the phone. I was told that because there wasn't much left that I wasn't getting a refund which is disgusting! It doesn't matter if I found it in the first slice or the very last bite, the fact of the matter is that there was hair embedded into the base of the pizza and not for the first time! Joke of a company and doesn't value any customers or loyal customer. I really hope people avoid them at all costs. I've also reported them to food safety and trading standards. As an NHS EMPLOYEE, I was on duty the other night and had a busy shift. Me and my colleagues (5)fancied to order pizza . I placed an order for 5 staff members and was told I need to bridge the NHS badge per pizza’s ordered for collection. 2 of us went to collect for others with their badges! To my Suprise we were told by another man who appeared to be a manager who said there is a NEW RULE! Each person is to collect own item!! I made him aware that we are at work and we couldn’t leave the ward with poorly patients !! With no sense of kindness and humour #consideration he refused to collect for others!!! For the fact that when I was placing an order the was no explanation of NOT collecting for others regardless of their NHS BADGES!!We felt VERY disappointed as were we were MISINFORMED with NO SENSE OF COMPASSION of judgment...
