If I could leave 0 I would. Ordered from here at least once a week for a long time on food hub. Always pay online. Driver arrived with order, was immediately hostile, spoke no English at all. advised him I’m a regular customer who pays online but started waving a receipt in my face very aggressively shouting NO PAY!! Told him if there’s been any payment confusion I’d call the takeaway and sort it out but this driver had other ideas!! Forced his way into my house and grabbed the food from my daughter - threw it into a just eat bag ( didn’t order from there) walked off my drive and told me to **OFF!! Rang the takeaway, was told he would be sacked immediately but do I still want him to bring back the takeaway. Never again!!!! Absolutely disgusting...

Absolutely rank worst I’ve ever had like last time wasn’t there best but thought to myself I’ll see if it’s improved na it’s even worse got a munchie box to salty and so was prawn toast my lass was sick off it and curry was to thick and opened prawn crackers and they were not fresh they were yellow and prices have went up and you get less for money would not recommend and the driver was a disgrace saying he can’t come in the building and shouting at my lass ! Placed an order through Sunderland Eats and were given a 1 hour time frame for delivery, it was running late but due to the fact it was Christmas Eve we were happy to wait as we understood it would be busy, 2 hours later at almost 10pm they cancelled the order. I understand they were busy but why bother accepting the order and then making us wait 2 hours just to cancel, especially so late which massively limited our chances of getting...
