RANYA SHAWARMA GRILL — Restaurant in Sunderland

I have gone to shawarma grill everytime I've been in hospital... as a form of gift to myself, and trust me - it really is a gift. I'm in there all the damn time and its AMAZING. The food is actually to die for. If I drove I'd go bankrupt due to being there for every meal of the year. Everything on the menu is delicious, so there's no fret if you're new to Arabic food, you'll get something you'll love.

The staff are consistent and there's one guy in particular who always does my shawarma and he's the friendliest guy ever. Haven't had much experience with the rest but he's amazing, friendly as all hell and patient too.

I'd recommend this to ANYONE and EVERYONE who are near this area to at least give it a try. I'd recommend the chicken shawarma, as thats my go to.

Always fresh, tasty and unbelievable value for money. £2.50 for a single meat, £3.00 for both. Available in wrap or sandwich, both amazing. If you've not tried it pop in. Takeaway or eat-in.
