I highly recommend Wendy's Cafe for any age, Kids are also welcome. The megabrunch, which included incredibly generous portions of sausages, back bacon, tomatoes, homemade chips, mushrooms, eggs, and beans, all perfectly cooked, was a delightful surprise. It also came with tea or coffee. I chose tea, and the lady brought it over to me - hot water in a mug and a tea bag on the side so I could make it to my own liking. The size of the meal alone is worth mentioning, as it could easily satisfy even the heartiest appetites. I was so full from the megabrunch that I had to get the Biscoff cheesecake to go, and it was phenomenal. My partner opted for the vegetable soup and a ham and cheese panini, both of which were beautifully prepared. Additionally, I tried the soup and it was out of this world. Despite my partner not ordering the megabrunch, she said the food was exceptional. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and background music added to the overall experience. The extensive menu offers something for everyone, making Wendy's Cafe a must-visit spot for everyone.

Tried this place for first time week or so back, place is small but clean, nice latte, standard food for kids meal, whippy ice cream was a hit with kids, only complaint I would have is that we ordered a banana milkshake and it came drizzled with chocolate, the milkshake was for a child who doesn't like chocolate, asked member of staff if it was the correct flavour and was told yes it banana flavour but with chocolate sauce. I explained to staff member child doesn't like nor eat chocolate but no solution was offered, was told 'its just sauce' Just had to waste full thing. If I order a banana milkshake I expect to just receive a banana milkshake lol. Maybe good idea to add to menu board if things are going to come with extras like sauces etc, that's my only complaint really, staff work hard, tables are cleared and cleaned quickly. I saw other reviews mention it being pricey and I do agree, to be fair to place it's not a greasy spoon and it's not greasy spoon prices as this was my first visit I can't comment on whether prices have always been somewhat high or if this is reflective of cost of living etc and cafe has had to increase prices recently as lots of small businesses...

Heard so many good remarks about wendys so today I thought me and my partner would try it out .Well 1st and last time afraid was told what was on the special boards but no prices on anything only knew price when she asked for payment.. we both ordered the same meal chicken curry rice and chips ,about 15 minutes 1 meal came and was told other won't be a minute WELL 15 minutes later mine turned up ( the Mrs only had a bit left ) I started to eat mine but the rice and curry was swimming in water and no taste whatsoever the colour between the 2 was totally different .I did complain about it as it disgusting . My replacement came about 10 minutes later but to be honest I didn't enjoy it as I still had the 1st one on my mind . But for the price we paid in my eyes was unfair YES we all know that you have to put prices up to meet the costs etc but us as a customers expect to know prices before we order as you would expect in any...
