Domino's Pizza - Bagshot — Restaurant in Surrey Heath

Well where do I start went for collection ordered and got to the till till to have some one who didn’t even seem to know their own menu couldn’t get it right whilst I got told the deal was a medium pizza drink and garlic bread for 8.99 they then came out small said sorry and would make me another pizza to compensate whilst they was doing that a member of staff got on the phone to the manager and then started having a debate in the kitchen and with us and staff saying we couldn’t do this. Told me I would do it this once we throught it was sorted then. Half way through we get told they have messed the pizza up and we are making it now. You would have throught nothing else would go wrong well I’m afraid you would be wrong they ran out of ham for one of the pizzas so we would have to wait another ten minutes. Just as we throught we would be out of their we notice they haven’t done one of our garlic breads so we pointed it out to them they then made it and waited longer for them to correct this.

We then noticed they where still small pizzas we asked as they said they where doing medium and they said sorry we can’t do it even though they said they would.

In total we waiting around an hour and a half for 4 small pizzas and 4 garlic breads for them to get it wrong 3 times wrong sizes and a long wait. All I can say is avoide if you want a quick service and as they saying goes all the...

I ordered from dominoes tonight (Sunday 8th may) as we are moving house and needed a quick and easy dinner, unfortunately this was far from what we received. We placed the order at 10.20pm which I accept is late but it is open until 11pm so we assumed there would be no problem, we assumed wrong, after waiting 45 minutes our pizza tracker was still on prep! My boyfriend called to check where our pizza was to which he was told the pizza was about to go in the oven, 45 minutes and it's not even in the oven, ten more minutes passed still says baking, so we call again, to which we are told that the delivery driver is leaving soon, in total we waited 1hour ten minutes, we were also not apologised to once on the phone or upon receiving the delivery. Unfortunately it gets worse, the pizza toppings were all over the top of the box where the pizza had clearly been upside down, it was a half and half pizza but all out toppings were mixed, I'm actually a vegetarian so I was most displeased with the chicken from my boyfriends half now all over mine, the pizza was inedible, it was a mess and freezing cold which after waiting over an hour is just a joke, the cheese balls we ordered were just cold dough, hardly any cheese and no garlic like they are meant to be, honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a dominoes, will not...

Rubbish portion sizes on the sides, about 15 wedges in a massive box, laughed out loud when I opened it, could save a lot of money and stick them in a smaller box if you’re gonna be that cheap. Wanted a half and half pizza which turned out to be more of a 70/30 pizza which was burnt and cut all over the place. Spent £40, when I rang up to complain I was offered £5 off my next order. Save your money and go somewhere else, much better food for much cheaper in the area, this is my first time trying dominoes in bagshot, can honestly say you couldn’t pay me to go back.
