Terrible. Terrible in everyway. Ordered over £100 of food and it wasnt delivered over 3hr later so I called and asked for an update but rather than taking accountability, they blamed delivero. Yes the order was placed through the app so delivery drivers weren't in their control however as a customer I expect to be told out of courtesy by the restaurant if the driver returns to the establishment unable to deliver the order. This restaurant has failed the customer and tried to blame others, untrustworthy and dishonest. Would not order from this company again.

As I clearly wrote I appreciate deliveroos part in the ordering process but I am ultimately your customer for the product. To place all the blame on them is proof of you not taking accountability. Whilst I accept you might not be able to 'track' the drivers once they collect from you, you know and yourselves agreed over the phone that the food was delivered back to your restaurant. My main issue with your conduct on this occasion is that you knew it wasnt delivered and it took you a further 2hrs before we had to call you becuase we hadn't heard anything about the issue or redelivery. We lived in Camberley, previously, and used to frequent Dynasty Restaurant. Now, we have just returned from holiday and while in the UK, we went back there.
The total experience: on walking in, it was noticably that there weren't any tablecloths on the tables. No music & only had paper serviettes. Where previously we used to have linen table cloths and serviettes with beautiful music playing in the background. We were always greeted friendily and were given warm cloths to wipe hands. The waitress & manager didn't quite understand English LET ALONE SPEAK IT.
The food: we had plum sauce crispy lamb which was tasteless & cold, MUCH thinner than previously and NOT SERVED WITH A BAYMARIE as previous. The food was put onto our table, and then the waitress walked off. I HAD TO GET UP AND GET PLATES OFF ANOTHER TABLE. TOTALLY DISGUSTED!!!!!!!
When we went up to pay, we pointed out that the food was cold. His response was......"it came out of the deepfreeze". The whole experience was a total disaster & WOULD SADLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Not that it was busy at all!!!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & APPALLING SERVICE!
