Friendly staff. There's a cute chubby guy that works there with a beard and always has a cool t-shirt on. How you doin? Chicken tastes like chicken and the gravy tastes like pure heaven. My only complaint would be that when I walked in to get some extra salt for my chips the woman that was mopping the floor went mad at me and said she'd just mopped. I was like. Well. There's nowhere else to walk to get to the salt dispensers. She was fuming and started wrestling me to the ground whilst using the mop as some sort of jousting stick. I became unsettled and confused and said I only came in for some salt and my food was going cold. I placed an order today for 1 bargain bucket 6 pieces of chicken 2 regular fries 2 Southern fried rice and 1 bottle of 7up. I ordered it through Uber eats food arrived no fries rice stone cold I flagged the driver down polite Uber drivers not he said not my problem do u want to search my car I told him where to get off. I then phoned the store spoke to a rude unhelpful female manager who said it's r fault u need to come to the store n pick them up I said I have no transport can u not give them to the driver to drop off flat out no extremely unhelpful don't know Y they couldn't have been dropped off the fries I paid 18.88 for this and 2.79 service charge. The food is expensive staff unhelpful and I will not order from this store again whoever did the order needs to get their eyes tested . I wud have ordey KFC off just eat but they...

Just typical KFC. Have to say we struggled with the self order system. And there was no paper to produce a receipt. We also asked for table service through the app. But we were expected to pick up ourselves, see counter intuitive and not what I call table service. But hey we got our meal and yes I would go back again.

Been again, much better, very quick and efficient. Chips were particularly nice.

A third update today. No I am nit addicted. Today was a trip with grandkids. Very quick and efficient, a wee but expensive. Bigger issue is the amount of waste, each meal came in cardboard, then additional card trays for the chips as well as chips in bags, pop corn element of meal in a separate box.
