Boss Burger — Restaurant in Test Valley

Awful experience! Will never use again! First ever order used via deliveroo. Delivery time showed around 30mins. Waiting an hour and nothing had come. Phoned and was told it would be 10 minutes.. Cool, I understand kitchen's get backed up. A further 40 minutes and nothing has arrived. This time when phoning I asked to cancel and get a refund as it hadn't left the kitchen even though I was told 10 minutes. I then received a phone call begging me to accept the food. I said no I want it cancelled and refunded, this was agreed. Delivery driver shows up and forces the food into my hands which was all cold!! Still no refund so I'm assuming that's why you were begging me to take the food!! A really horrible way to treat a brand new customer!! Ordered the Garlic Comfit burger and it was disgusting. Not only was it missing ingredients stated on their menu, but the "Garlic Confit" is simply a super strong garlic mayo that completely overpowers the burger preventing you from tasting the burger itself. This gross sauce that doesn't even resemble garlic!?! Whole thing was a gross tasting mush.

Sweet chili wings were good, but the fries are simply frozen crap that taste the same as every cheap fast food establishment.
