I will never order from here again and here’s why: Placed the order at 7pm, rang at 8pm when it hadn’t turned up, was told it was with the driver and will be there asap. 15 minutes passed, called again and was told it’s still with the driver and will arrive any second, tried again after a further 15 mins of it not turning up and couldn’t get through on the phone, it went straight to voicemail. By this time, the food had “been with the driver” for over half an hour. Food finally turned up an hour and 40 minutes after ordering, it was cold, instead of a Coke Zero, I received a full sugar Coke, so not only could I not eat the food, I couldn’t even have my drink. Was absolutely starving and furious by this point, so ended up driving to McDonald’s!
Would not recommend this place, even if it was the last place on earth. Not the pay day treat we had...

Probably the worst takeaway in Andover. We moved here not long ago and the takeaways around here are absolutely abysmal but this probably takes the cake.
Ordered the chicken tacos which tasted like they’d been made yesterday and microwaved which probably explains why the taco shell was soggy and completely fell apart at the bottom. The nachos were also soggy and the beef tasted cold with no seasoning not to mention the hair neatly tucked away into it. My partner had chips - some tasted frozen, some tasted soggy like they’d been, again, microwaved to heat them up after being made 2 days ago.
God knows how this place is running. Do NOT order from here🤢🤮 refund will definitely...

We ordered on Uber eats from papi taco. When we turned up to collect we were told by the manager that this restaurant no longer existed and has not done for a number of years. He was really apologetic and we ordered food with him. He gave us a drink whilst we waited for the inconvenience which he did not have to do as this was not his error.
