Burger King — Restaurant in Test Valley

This has to be the WORST BK that I've ever visited anywhere, BK if this is a franchise move it on, if its your store you need to get your staff in order! I ordered a Doritos melts box meal with added cheese and bacon. It took ages to process order, staff levels were high 3 on grills 1 on fries n drinks 2 on front of pass. Yet though my burger was prepared in under 5 minutes, it sat at the pass waiting to be processed with 5 other orders. On the items being placed on the tray and my order called it was a further 10 minutes, the burger was cold to touch top and bottom; when I queried this with the server on the pass he placed his hand on it and disagreed. I opened the wrapping at my table. The cheese was cold and hardly melted as if it had come straight from the fridge . The meat patty was at best blood heat warm yet properly cooked. I can't complain about the taste , the fries, or the dorito chicken, and the coffee was fresh as well as piping hot But Mediocre service, poor presentation ( not correctly presented on tray) and the drink arriving later than rest of meal. Then, to have staff (who could have at least temp checked with probe) deny my rites as a consumer...

This place is devoid of any atmosphere, you are unable to be served at the counter by a human, there are signs there to remind you.

The electronic kiosks are so frustrating to use, they lag and are very unresponsive.

The food is good like all Burger king's, but there is no mayonnaise available 🤔.

If you want something fast don't use burger king, the mobile app and electronic kiosk's are about as much use as a paper condom.

Lucky next to this food restaurant is a lot of options, use them instead, save yourself the stress of trying to order a simple burger meal, god help you if you want to...

I was quite excited to visit the new Burger King in Andover. I could not have been more disapointed. Poor service, poor food and expensive. Tables were dirty and uncleared. Supplies for drinks, napkins etc far and few between. The drinks machine was dirty and no straws or lids for drinks. I had to go back and ask for sauces and cups which should have been included in my order which just help compound my poor experience tonight. I will not be coming back any time Mcdonalds will be getting...
