Good lord Andover KFC has to be the worst in the UK

Drive thru doesn't even have a working order system. You have to literally order at the same window you receive the food at (this has been the case for 6 months plus now)

Long waiting times, 40 minutes even with only 4 cars waiting

Missing food items every time, quite often meaning you have to drive around and wait again to get it replaced. Most of the time it little items which you end up leaving however it has now progressed to main items.

How difficult is it to read an order and place it in a bag. Mistakes happen and that's fine but this is incompetence now as so many reviews stating the same thing.

If you ever use this place I would recommend checking your order at the window before driving off (however you feel guilty doing this as delays those behind) you also have a belief it wont happen again surely

You don't even get an apology, customer service is shocking, the food isn't hot, the whole place looks dirty. If you challenge the service you are treated with contempt.

Every time I say I wont use this place again and its been a good 6 months since I last did however genuinely will never use again ever.

This place needs shutting down and whoever is the area manager should be ashamed. You need to organise an urgent review on what is happening within this branch.

You don't even get a bucket in this branch and the food is compressed into small boxes causing a sweat on wet...

Took a risk coming here anyway so wasn’t expecting it be any better than the last time I came here and it still hasn’t improved at all Ordered food was told they ran out of Gravy and was then told there was also no garlic dip that I paid 30p for then said I would like extra rich tomato dips instead to replace the garlic dip which wasn’t convenient also the place looked vile there was soggy tissue on the seating area floor and was covered in grease even though there was 2 people cleaning it the counter was also cluttered with Bottled drinks that haven’t even been refrigerated the guy on the counter that gave me my order was really nice though and friendly when I got home I realised there was 2 large fries missing from the meals and no rich tomato dips instead 4 sashayes of tomato ketchup which I shouldn’t even pay for so I went back and mentioned I was missing the fries I just got handed them no apology from the person that replaced them I’m quessing the manager as he was in a black shirt this place needs serious work and more management that are never seen, I’m suprised it hasn’t shut down yet as it’s a serious food safety and cleanliness issue very disappointed won’t be going back again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone if I could give it 0...

See below for previous review. I have been to this KFC twice in the last couple weeks and cannot express how much it has turned around. I take back everything I said before, it's a wholey new restaurant (not esthetically), the service is absolutely rapid and of course the chicken is kickin! New management, I take my hat off to you!

A truly disgraceful establishment. The reason for 2 stars is simply that the food is absolutely delicious as KFC always is. But this restaurant in particular is obviously VERY badly managed. The carpark is completely over grown, rubbish all over the place, it could do with a bloody good jetwash and new lines painting, the paint on everything has faded, the general upkeep of everything is appalling. The queues, goodness me it is shocking how long their queues take to go down! Maybe 1 car every 5 minute, it's a complete joke. Obviously very understaffed or VERY badly managed inside. How this particular KFC has gotten away with this shambollic performance is beyond me and apparently every other review here is in agreement. But, I do not want this review to discourage anyone from visiting, please come and see this disorganised s##t show for it really is a sight...
