I ordered food on 21st January 23. After a long wait the Just eat app informed me that my food had arrived which it had not. I called the restaurant to query this and was told that the person delivering could not find my address but would turn back around and try again. After a further 20 minutes I had a call from the driver to tell me she could not find my address and was parked up by a cafe which is very close to my home. I gave her directions and said Iād be waving out of the window. I saw her drive past and waved frantically to get her attention but she drove off, I called her again and she said she could not find me so again a repeat happened until I eventually called her to tell her to return the food and I will get a refund. I called the restaurant and asked for a refund and was told it would take 12 working days. On 30th January I called the restaurant to query my refund and was told to wait for a call back from the manager. The following day a manager called me and said that I have to go through just eat for a refund. This advice would of be sufficient but the person on the end of the phone persisted to challenge me about my āattitudeā on the phone on the 21st although he was not the member of staff I spoke to, he was just taking a report from the member of staff who made this accusations and took it as gospel. I did not call the restaurant for an argument or for the 3rd degree, I was just querying my refund and was met with the worst customer service I have ever received. When I went to collect, I saw there was only 1 girl doing everything: she was actually awesome, doing all of it so quickly. I had to wait a few minutes, so I hung around. After 5 minutes one guy comes to the cashier from the back, walking so slowly (in the background, the girl was still working like a machine, multitasking and juggling)... He asks me if I was ok, I said " yes, I am just waiting...", " ah ok", and he walks very slowly towards the back again. In the mean time the girl has made 7 pizzas, sliced them, boxed them, handed them over and took payment and run back to make the next order. I have no idea of who's managing that place, but something seems...

Won't deliver right food....expect you to drive twice.....but if u pay extra for delivery and they mess up they will drive twice....how about not mess up. Just employ competent people. How do u mess up a hot meal for desert....and not even hand out wrong box. Literally put correct stickers on but wrong food in....not even busy š« . To top it off my dog wouldn't even eat the mac and cheese...
