KFC Tewkesbury - High Street — Restaurant in Tewkesbury

Our first experience in this KFC was horrendous! Someone else was given our order and we were stood waiting for them to remake it. They still got it wrong having remade it, the staff were rude and just didn’t care. Having gone in once more as when we first went it was when it first opened, and this next time we went for convenience. They didn’t give me the sauce I ordered, I even heard another family checking their takeaway bag because and I quote the gentleman “I’m just checking because they always forget the fries”. It is the worst KFC I have ever been in. The food is okay. This time around it was nice because it was hot, whereas before it was just about warm. I’d recommend going out of Tewkesbury if you want...

DON'T BOTHER.

It's KFC Chicken is what you get, you can eat in or take away, has pre-order station's, plenty of seating inside, have to say very fast service, there is limited parking on the high street. Otherwise reasonably priced in this day and age we would all like it to be cheaper.

I am having to update my review of this branch of KFC, food is very very poor chicken overcooked dry or has just been sat keeping warm for way too long, soggy fries the only thing not bad was the drink, but let's be honest how can you mess that up, staff need to stop rushing and concentrate on fresh cooking, VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED This is definitely my last visit to...

Horrible experience.

Rice box had rock hard frozen sweetcorn in it. Sent it back and didn’t get an apology or compensation, just a dirty look. The new one took 15 minutes to prepare and it was very difficult to communicate the issue to the staff because they don’t speak good English. Chicken was greasy on the outside and dry in the middle, and quite cold. Chips were soggy and cold.

No toilet roll in toilets and the sink was blocked.

Disgusting experience. There should be a nice independent shop or restaurant here instead. I will never go back to this kfc...
