Burger King — Restaurant in Thanet

WE DECIDED TO GO IN A WE PASSED,FROM RETURN OF THE HOSPITAL. WE LAST HAD A BK LAST APRIL AND IT WAS ON OUR WAY TO SUFFOLK ON HOLIDAY, AT A LARGE MOTORWAY STOP WITH HOTELS, RESTAURANT'S ETC, THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME IN 30 YRS AND WAS LOVELY. BUT....I DIDN'T ENJOY THIS BK.I ENDED UP TAKING THE FOOD HOME AFTER MY PARTNER HAD ATE SOME FOOD. WE WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMERS, FOR THE 30 MINS WE SAW 2 LARGE WINDOW TABLES DIRTY WITH FOOD UNDER OUR&IN THE REST,FLOOR.NONE WAS CLEANED AT ALL WITH ONLY US IN THERE.I COULDN'T EAT MY CHEESY CHIPS, THE CHEESE WAS NOT NICE. IT WAS LIKE A FAT YELLOW SQEARTY ONE THAT WAS NOT MOVE.I WASN'T TOLD I COULD PULL THE FIZZY DRUNK, WAS JUST GIVEN A EMPTY CUP ON OUR TRAY,THE MILKSHAKE WAS THO.STAFF WAS UNHELPFUL,NO SMILES, NO HERO OR GOODBYE. NO CUSTOMER CARE,IT SEEMED THEY DIDN'T LIKE THE JOB,THE UNEAVY, MOODY&STILL IN THAT TIME, NO CLEANING OF THE 2 LARGE TABLES WITH FOOD ALL OVER THE FLOOR. NOT A LITTLE EITHER. I'LL NEVER BE GOING...

I love the taste of burger King burgers, just a pity you can't always count on getting the tastes you order from this restaurant, for the past 3-4 years you don't always get what you order Doesn't seem to matter if it's takeout or through just eat etc time and time again there has been items missing from the order not only is this annoying but in my grandsons case dangerous, he has type 1diabetes and has to do carb counting to get right dose of insulin on at least 3 occasions there have been items missing from the order so he has had to find someway of topping up the carbs from home, not always easy to get exactly the right amount, so from now on we will be giving this place a big miss Pull your socks up and get orders right It's not just an inconvenience it can have dangerous...

BAD EXPIERIENCE AT BROADSTAIRS BURGER KING ,ME AND MY WIFE IN OUR 60S BOTH DISABLED AND EXEMPT FROM FACE MASKS , I SAT DOWN AS HAVE TROUBLE STANDING ,WIFE WENT TO ORDER WAS TOLD WITHOUT MASK HE WOULD NOT SERVE HER ,SHE TOLD HIM SHE WAS EXEMPT ,THEY DEMANDED PROOF SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE THIS SO WAS NOT SERVED ,I HAD TO GO UP AND ORDER AS HAD PROOF ,THATS OK THATS THE RULES ,BY THEN 2 X YOUNG LADIES IN THERE 20S WERE AT THE TILL IN FRONT ME WITH NO MASKS AND MANGER SAID HE COULD NOT SERVE THEM ,THEY SAID WE ARE EXEMPT CAN I SEE SOME PROOF SAID THE MANGER ,I HAVE BEEN IN HERE BEFORE AND REFUSED TO SHOW PROOF ,AND WERE GETTING LOUDER ,MANGER THEN SAID OK THAT BE ALRIGHT AND SERVED THEM ,THIS MADE US FEEL VERY VICTAMISED AND SMALL AS RULES SHOULD...
