firstly I would like to say I’m completely shocked by the previous reviews and the photos that promote the food on this site!! We dropped in to this place on the off chance they had a table and the restaurant was empty never a good sign but gave it a go. After firstly being told there was already things not on the quite short menu. We ordered food bread with olive oil and balsamic with a garlic dip we only got the bread and garlic dip shocking. The complementary olives wow 3 green and 3 black but we did get two pickled onions as a bonus not what the photos show? We then ordered the chicken the meatballs the chorizo and beans the cheese all the food arriving within 5 min made me know for sure this was all microwaved the chicken was piping hot The rest was warm to hot not great I felt the overall quality of the food was very poor. The overall service quick not that attentive especially as we were the only customer I was absolutely shocked I could have bought much better quality microwave meals for a much cheaper price The overall cost was appalling for the quality of food and service I would avoid this at all cost unless you like spending money on food to eat...

I made a booking four days in advance via email and had an email confirmation, however when I turned up they had not put us in the book and so turned us away because they had accepted another booking. Other than a half hearted attempt to offer us some wine or a discount (which is useless because we won't be returning!), they essentially shrugged their shoulders and sent us on our way. Extremely disappointing as this booking was made in advance and was to celebrate my best friends 30th birthday and instead we had to scramble to find somewhere else. The food was absolutely delicious and would love to taste it again.
4 stars only because after a server accidentally dropped something into my full wine glass which broke and splashed wine onto my wife's suede jacket the follow up was not great. It was a genuine accident and the server was profusely upset and apologetic but we weren't offered a replacement for the lost wine nor means to repair the wine on the coat.
