Not a great experience I am afraid. Booked an afternoon tea. When asked about the menu choices on booking it wasn't heeded when arrived and then told we had to wait 40 min. When about to leave and never to come back, the manager came and apologetically told us to wait and the chef made the sandwiches in much quicker time. The coffee was cold. Didn't want a top up. The pastries and cheesecakes were really worth all the tea accessories. But one can't just eat sweets. Maybe a bad day. The waitress was not to be faulted and tried her best.
