Tukka Thai Rickmansworth — Restaurant in Three Rivers

So booked this place based on a very high Google and Trip Advisor rating.

The staff were great, however, sadly we weren't aware that this place was not able to cater for young families well. To be honest even as adults we weren't comfortable eating at the high bar tables with the high bar chairs that were slightly too low for the tables. No cushions or other means of raising the kids. But feedback was provided and well received.

The kitchen also took a very long time to get food out for our large table (of 12) but we were the only folks in the restaurant and had pre-booked

Ordered on Deliveroo. After 1.5 hours food hadn’t arrived. I called the restaurant the chap on the phone was very rude, curt and offered no apology. When i politely pointed out that apologising may amount to good customer service he said ‘perhaps’ and hung up. Food arrived after 1 hour 50 mins and was stone cold so I gave it back to the delivery driver. When I called the restaurant they hung up on me and wouldn’t pick up again. Went out with my boyfriend for a dinner on a Tuesday night. It was very quiet but the staff gave us a lot of attention and provided great customer service. The place is so nicely done up and would be a great place not only for dinner but also for an evening with a group of friends with just a lot of different starters and drinks.
