The miserable jobsworths wouldn't let a child use the toilet when we realised they were going to lock them, despite the fact we'd been sat in there 20 mins having a drink and asked politely. Apparently this was because it had 'switched to a takeaway service'... judging by the faces on the two staff members asked you'd have thought a child using the toilet before they locked it up would have caused a catestrophic rip in the fabric of space and time.. I think the Nero area manager needs to give them a gentle reminder of what good customer service looks like as all common sense has clearly...

Didn't buzz off the atmosphere in there. Went in two hours before close and an employee was sweeping up around my feet. Surely that's something to be done when they close? I was asked to move after an hour because she needed to mop the floor where I was sat. I moved under the AC which was blasting out cold air (in autumn) I asked for the air con to be turned off and first I was ignored and then begrudgingly she said she'd do it in a minute. Won't...
