Frankies Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in Trafford

We were so hungry after the March and my son said he knows a place where they have the best chicken burgers and “special” chips, he ate here on a couple of previous occasions. We waited in a fairly long queue for a short period of time as taking the orders was a very fast and efficient process and although extremely busy our foods were ready within 7-8min of wait . As we waited some people finished their meals inside so we were able to sit down and eat , the food was great , it is our place to go from now on each time we come to Old Trafford . Very very reasonable prices and a large variety of foods . There’s something else to add - the senior chap who does the chips he needs to let us know what’s the secret ingredient in that shaker that he adds on top of the chips as they are as special as my sons said .

Average takeaway food, was a bit cold when leaving the shop which is odd as i ordered whilst i was there. Service was terrible, ordered a 7" pizza meal deal and was met with a strange look from the lady serving when i only wanted 2 toppings instead of 3. However when collecting the order from the counter the lady asked if i was eating in or taking out, when i replied taking out the lady gave me a terrible look, presumably as i had inconvenienced her. Got home and the pizza i ordered had sweetcorn and pepperoni when i ordered sweetcorn and pineapple. Pretty big...

We’ve been waiting for our order for well over 2hrs, we’ve rang several times and been told ‘it will be there any second’, they’ve lied about there being traffic and at this point I’m convinced they have no intention on delivering our food as they close in less than 20mins. Absolutely shocking, I asked them to be honest and tell us if the food isn’t coming so we can at least order from somewhere else as we’re so hungry at this point, but they tripled down and told us it’s on it’s way.
