I have been using this Kfc for several years and I had the most worst experience as the chicken was very dark, overcooked and also burnt. The taste was horrible. Nowhere near KFC standards and quality that me and my family have had in the past. I brought this to my children who were very upset. Had a bite and would not eat anymore. I rang the restaurant several times to complain but no one picked up the phone. I am very upset as I have done a 12 hour shift at Work and bought a bucket home for my children that tasted awful, hard and overcooked. When I went to return this bucket with nine pieces because five went in the bin the manager ask me, what do you want.? So I replied by saying a full refund and she said I can not give you a full refund I can only give you a partial refund because there are five pieces missing. So I explained to her that I’ve gone home sat down, ready to eat my KFC. I’ve come back after an hour. Try to ring you several times for my inconvenience you are giving me a partial refund. Are you for real? And she replied by saying, that’s all we can Do. . Read moreI recently visited the KFC branch on Stretford Chester Road, Manchester, and was left extremely disappointed by both the food quality and the customer service.
I had ordered a wrap, which did not smell right and was clearly not fresh. I returned it without asking for a refund and politely explained that I would happily pay for another one as long as it was freshly made. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the staff member serving me went to the manager (female), and shockingly, they both laughed.
When I questioned them, they continued laughing and told me, “This is what you can get from KFC. If you want freshly made food, go and dine in somewhere else.” I found this response incredibly rude and unprofessional.
When I asked for their names, they both refused to provide them and also were not wearing name badges. making it impossible to identify them. I even made it clear that I had taken photos of the staff, but their response was, “Do whatever you want,” which you can see from the photos I attached.
This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and not what I expect from a brand like KFC. I will be sharing this feedback publicly and sending it to KFC Head Office in the hope that proper action will be taken. This is what happens when franchise standards are not monitored properly.
