Chicken Shack — Restaurant in Trafford

Heard a lot of hype about this chicken shop serving "the best fried chicken in Manchester". Whilst I would disagree with this premise it's definitely not bad. Customer service very good. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with cheese meal and wings. The chips were well seasoned and you get free mayo and chilli mayo. Wings were not fresh and appeared a bit darker than the pictures on the website. They were quite hard on the outside but the meat was quite tender and juicy. I feel like they could have had more seasoning, and if they were fresh they might have been good. The burger was a good size and fresh. The spicy sauce isn't too spicy and whilst the burger good was good I think it slightly lacks in flavour compared to Florida's or Miami's. Price is not too unreasonable compared to other chicken shops in Manchester.

Overall, if I was local to the area I would definitely recommend people to try and I would probably come back. However I personally don't come to Old Trafford often so I doubt I will personally make a trip for this place unless I happened...

Order from these guys at least once a week because the food is amazing and they never disappoint. This evening ordered a big shack platter and when it was delivered it was missing quite a few items. Called the shop up and the man I spoke to was so helpful , he informed me that the Uber eats driver was supposed to give two bags instead of one. He went out of his way to contact the Uber eats driver for me and ask him to bring the outstanding items . Even called me up again to make sure the food had all been delivered . Fantastic customer service , shows how passionate they are about providing a good service. That along with the fantastic food will always have me ordering from them ....
