I would ordinarily give them 4 stars but the customer service has improved since the last time I purchased here (I've been coming here every now and again for a good few years now). Caroline (I believe her name was) was very pleasant and helpful on the phone taking my order. Naturally when I arrived in the agreed timeslot my order wasn't there to collect and I had to repeat my order a few times, but the lovely, handsome gentleman in the kitchen quickly made up my box of patties and I was in and out in just a few minutes. As for the food......

Staff are exceptionally rude. They didn't have the Size hardo bread I wanted I was told to come back later when I asked when the lady told me she doesn't know. I purchased something else and she answered the phone the customer on the phone put in a order and the lady said that she will save it and asked what time it will be collected. I then asked can I pay now and you save me a hardo bread she told they don't do that. This isn't the first time that I have found these two ladies to have no customer service skills. I will not...

Brilliant, bakery that sells traditional jamaican baked goods including Hardo Bread, Coco bread, Spiced bun, Banana Bread, Meat, Saltfish and Veg Patties and the like.

They have recently started selling hot food from the same premises. Great choice and delicious. Have tried the Curry Goat with Rice and Peas and the Oxtail so far. Honestly, the Oxtail is the best I've tried in the area (and that's saying something as I'm extremely fussy and have tried them all).
