Took more then 2 hours to deliver the food, and every time I called them they pushed the ETA by 20 minutes. To top it off they weren’t even apologetic. Placed the order at 8:05 pm and received the food at 10:20 pm. I don’t think any restaurant has a wait time of 2 hours, even if they are at functioning at their peak time. The food arrived ice cold and exactly how your food should not be after a “short” 2 hour wait! Even their website stated the food will arrive between 7:30-9:30, but in reality it arrived at 10:20. Terrible service, would not recommend it at all. You’d be better of placing the order during your lunch, and maybe the food would arrive when you want your dinner 😂, terrible!

While we placed an order for veg biriyani, they replaced it with paneer biriyani as the veg biriyani was sold out. This was quite surprising because the veg biriyani was still available on their website...

Best biryani we had for ages. If you want authentic Hyderabadi biryani this is the right place. I was bit skeptical when getting the food home and reheating. Especially on my Son's birthday. I have ordered family pack chicken dum biryani, chicken 65 and double ka Meeta. Honestly even after struck in the traffic coming back home to Preston everything is piping hot needed no heating. If I could give more stars I wiould deffo give with no doubt. The quality and the quantity especially no food colouring added to the food. I felt like eating in Hyderabad Bawarchi olden times. I would highly recommend if you haven't been like me before. Don't miss the gem in Manchester if you want a decent authentic biryani. Thanks again. Hope to...

Yesterday I.e., 25/02 after a long travel we ordered Chicken Biryani, Chicken Majestic and Chicken 65. Biryani wasn’t fresh, we could feel the dryness in the chicken and rice isn’t great. The best thing is with starters Majestic and 65 they delivered is exactly same with taste texture and everything. I did call the management and talked to him on video call showing the picture of chicken. The owner was trying convince me about taste etc. I asked him to differentiate between both. He told me would come back in 10min looks like his clock stopped working I came here to share my experience here. I strongly not recommend this place to anyone.
