Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Trafford

This afternoon I went to the Starbucks at Trafford Centre to get myself and my boyfriend a drink.

I asked for a drink with regular milk and one with almond milk and no cream.

The boy who made my drink clearly didn't read the ticket and put cream on the one with almond milk, when I told him that I asked for no cream because I can't have dairy he just said that he can scrape it off!

I said no, I am allergic to dairy, I will need a new drink.

His complete disregard for allergies and customer safety is disgusting.

The week before I ordered there and the same boy took my order on the till, the same order ( 2 of the same iced drinks, one regular milk and cream one almond milk no cream)

He ordered 2 completely different drinks to what I asked for, when he was serving me he was not paying attention to what I was telling him at all when I was saying that I can't have any dairy.

I work in a restaurant and where I work it is compulsory to ask every customer if they have an allergy so I am shocked that the 2 times in the past 2 weeks that I have ordered there my allergy has been disregarded, by the same employee.

Someone needs to have a serious talk with him before he causes an allergy reaction.

I don't feel safe to drink there anymore and I won't be coming to...

Really disappointed.

From the decor and huge amount of space you expect a lot more. Lots of staff behind the counter (7ish) and not very busy but very slow and rude service.

Not what you expect from a Starbucks especially when you pay over £6 for 2 drinks.

Took my name (obligatory Americanism) but then didn’t use my name to let me know my drink was ready. Stood waiting whilst everyone behind got their drinks and wasn’t addressed at all.

I asked if the cold looking drink on the side was my Americano - very rude reply “well there’s only caramel macchiatos behind here”. Sloppily made me another - still cold and not what you’d expect from a Starbucks drink.

Staff look like they can’t be bothered. Rush the drinks. Bad service in general.

Think it was the manager (query) who was calling a female staff member “woman” (!) and shouting “oi” at staff. Very unprofessional.

Needless to say not coming here again. We’ll stick to costa or Maccies (better...

Awful service from very rude member of staff. Have a Dairy allergy so asked TWO members of staff at the till if I was able to have a frappachino with Soya milk obvs no cream. Both said yes no problem gets down to barrista making the drinks and was asked if the allergy drink wanted cream so i told her no and she replied OK so are you having the sauce then? I asked if I could and she said no it can contain dairy!! Fair enough thank yiu for informing me, But what an attitude she had I did not come into Starbucks to pay like 8 pound ish for a snotty attitude! So sorry I was told by your other team members on the till I could have it. Management need to look into there staffs ability to be polite to paying customers....
