Barburrito - Trafford Centre — Restaurant in Trafford

The service itself was okay. Ordered X2 @£6 each, £12 too good to go bags, says you'll get 2 burritos (so in total at least 4). I understand the concept of the too good to go app as it's surprise bags (you get what your given, within certain criteria). But after speaking with a staff member confirming twice I ordered 2 meat versions. I waited for 10-15mins (bit of a queue at the end, so wasn't fussed about waiting) but as they shouted out "too good to go" they looked at me, I asked if they were for me, and they said yes. I was only given one bag. So I left. To drive 20 minutes home. And they have only given me 1 of the 2 orders I put in a request for. And it was vegetable only. They asked me at the end of i had any allergens...which by the point the food was already wrapped and sealed. The food I didn't enjoy and wasn't what I paid for. And ended up throwing the rest away (which is against the point of the too good to go service). I understand there can be queues and busy periods, but they prioritised cleaning and left 2 behind the counter. There was another couple who ordered through the same app. And I now believe they would be in same situation. Only they have double what they have paid for. But meat versions, I assume they wouldn't be able to eat if they requested vegetarian options. Please double check your hand offs to...

Firstly when we ordered our burritos my daughter's one was supposed to come with cheese and fries, but that seem to got forgotten (she only told me this on our way out so didn't bother asking) and secondly I would advise to employ people who actually want to work, don't just slam food on people's burritos like in a dinner lady in a jail canteen. We visited the place this morning and two guys who were serving were fairly polite and helpful but the young girl working in the middle had a very rude and arrogant attitude. She didn't say anything rude to us, but her body language and attitude was like 'I don't want to be here's and she was literally slamming sauces on our burritos like a dinner lady in the jail. Made us feel very awkward and we were all looking at each other. Plus they give no plates, not even the plastic ones so we were getting messy eith burritos leaking all over the table etc - no one in the restaurant were getting plates,...

Been coming to this Barburrito for years and was so disappointed with how bad it’s gotten last night. Food is good but portions are so small now and prices through the roof. The amount of beans and guacamole they use now is hilarious. Maybe a teaspoon. What particularly annoyed us with staff are more concerned with fulfilling deliveroo orders than serving customers in front of them. 2 people making and prepping deliveroo food at the back whilst one staff member served the massive Friday night queue slowly, having to do all the burrito prep, in the past it’s normally passed to a second person midway through who deals with the toppings to keep process speedy. Not staff fault they are clearly working very hard and are very nice, aware they probably don’t control this decision. Common for a lot of fast food places now and it’s so frustrating.
