Haute Dolci Trafford

So we recently visited Bolton branch and I want to say there is a day and night difference. Firstly when we arrived to the place we were seated fairly quickly and now I know why. We were told there is no menus available as others had them all, which I would say is poor distribution of menus to tables and there should be enough menus available for all tables, so told to go on our phones for the menu. I was very surprised by the price difference from other branches we ordered the same items and it came to £15 more then we spent on other branch however if the service was good then we could forgive but the dishes came out dirty all over the plate and custard server. The cocktails looked different not in the tall glasses as advertised and served on other branches, the drinks were awfully strong and given way before the food arrived. No one came to take our order although they had seen we were trying to get their attention. So for the above reasons we definitely will go to the Bolton branch and stay away from the Trafford centre branch not worth the money. Expensive lesson learnt.
