Well, I never ever ever have a Bath, to busy, always go in with my daughter and son who always get the nicest bath bombs, I did see a lil shower bomb I'm like ohh how's that work? And this absolutely beautiful nice lady came to help, she told me all about this shower bomb and while my older kids where picking there's, The Lady called Satwinder from Trafford center store, got one of the shower bombs the pink one, and shown me how it worked under the tap and gave me an amazing Hand wash & massage..it was so nice and I loved the Shower bomb, I'm so happy for this invention, I always missed out on bath bombs, so this is Amazing, also she shown me some amazing exfoliating soap, again shown me on my other hand, I could of stayed there all day while I tryed everything 😀. She was soooo nice, ive been in Lush alot and all staff r super nice but this Lady was it for me absolutely outstanding employee, she asked my name and told me hers, between me and my two, I brought everything she shown me and my two got there usual bath bombs, I brought a few of the Shower bombs pink and yellow, and the soap, ive never been so happy in your Lush store, and as an extra surprise I got a lil soap absolutely free as a treat, and that's amazing too, so I'm 100% sold, no longer do I just stand there while my two Shop, was nice to join in..Thank you Satwinder from Trafford center, she loves her job I can tell ....Happy Customer called Paula and aged 53years old I can now buy Lush stuff ,So job well done, I'm Greatful.... Usually I love coming to lush, but my experience in this location was so disappointing. I brought my young autistic sister in as she usually loves coming in. As she was browsing, she mistook one of the products as a tester (an easy mistake when the testers aren’t in your line of sight). An employee then approached her and proceeded to abruptly remove the product from my sister’s hands and tell her that she could no longer sell the product as she had opened it. My sister apologised immediately but the employee simply rolled her eyes and shook her head as she walked off without saying anything else. My sister then approached her and offered to buy it so it wouldn’t go to waste but she said no. It was clear she wanted to embarrass my sister and belittle her.

As someone who works in customer service myself, I know the busy days can get tiring but I would never ever go out of my way to embarrass a customer like that, especially as you never know what anyone is going through. Being in a busy environment is hard enough for my sister and usually lush is a place where she feels most comfortable as the employees are usually so welcoming and kind; today’s experience left her shook up and unable to continue the rest of her day properly. An employee’s reaction to a simple mistake now means that she won’t want to go back in there which is such a shame. A simple “oops! The tester is just over here if you wouldn’t mind using that” would have sufficed.

I attended the Trafford Centre Store this evening because my 6 year old can smell the shop from a mile away and loves the bath bombs. We’ve attended not just this store but others, on many occasions, and although the staff are always extremely welcoming we have never had an experience like today. We would just like to say a massive thank you to Holly for just being so fab! Holly took time out to show Archie some products and how they work over at the sink area. She spent time with Archie explaining how to use products, spoke about colours he would see, the sounds he might hear with the dragon egg, let him play with the bubbles, and even didn’t mind when he blew them all over her (sorry!). She listened to him, and i mean really listened to him. Which sounds silly but it’s quite often you attend shops and staff will usher him along, however, Holly was so patient with him and nothing was too much trouble. Holly answered his many questions and smelt every bath bomb he wanted her to, even though she has probably smelt them a million times before. Holly took the time out of what i’m sure has been a hectic shift to write Archie the cutest little card and gave him a lovely little gift and Archie left the shop with a huge smile on his face and has not stopped talking about ‘how kind Holly is’ and how she was ‘a really nice lady’.
