Overall very nice place, food is nice so are the desserts, however as someone who purchases their smoothies everyday, they are sometimes very inconsistent with them unfortunately, it is especially important if the smoothies are expiring on the day to ask for fresh ones if they have, as I've had it on a few occasions where the smoothie was disgusting, tasted and smelt as if it had gone sour specifically the "Holy Cacao, The Strong and the Pineapple smoothie" , however having said this, the staff are lovely and welcoming, they did resolve any issues in regards to the smoothies when they were raised, however it is best to play it safe and ask for a fresh one as mentioned above (if in stock)
Unfortunately, I am having to give a rating of 2/5 due to this effecting my experience significantly as consuming this smoothie unknowingly has made me feel very unwell (the "strong smoothie", purchased 02/06/2022 expiring on the same day), this rating is not in regards to staff or the menu offerings, it is purely what I feel. I would recommend stringent checking of products especially if they are being offered for sale very close to their best...

I opted for the 6-day programme. My first batch had broken glass in it which I hadn't noticed so cut myself. Turns out the small ginger shot glass bottles weren't wrapped individually, there were three of them, quite obvious that they might break off each other, no? Just because you put "fragile" on a parcel doesn’t mean that you shouldn't take extra care packaging it properly. OK, that happens, so I emailed them, only asking for a refund for that one broken bottle, too much to ask? As received no response. So I messaged them again, after trying those "juices" that were pretty thin and tasted of nothing but cucumber. I am a devoted juicer, so I know what to expect. I asked if they could please replace them with smoothies, as apparently you can pick which ones you want, maybe without separating the order, but given the incident, small favour to ask. I also mentioned the broker bottle again. No response. Had the second batch of those "juices" delivered with no contact made.

Read moreI am currently on one of their 10 day juice cleanses. The juices are nice but I am really disappointed in the packaging. On their website the juices are in glass bottles which is great for the environment and to be honest the reason I decided to use them as a company. Unfortunately everything has come in plastic and I don't know if it contains BPAs or any other class of this chemical. I do everything I can at home to avoid plastic so the fact I am having 5 bottles a day of plastic for 10 days really upsets me. I really hope they change this and advertise if they do otherwise I will not be using them again. It's pretty disappointing to be honest, I thought they would want better for our planet.
