MEDIOCRE AT BEST. I love the fact that Tim Horton's is opening up everywhere in the UK. But sadly, with every one that I visit (and subsequently review), they're getting increasingly more disappointing. Take this one for example. Opened up near the Trafford Centre at a great location near Asda and Costco, it's perfect if you're coming for a shopping trip. But what's not perfect is what they're serving. It's ironic that the company slogan is "Always Fresh, Always Tim Horton's", because my hot dog was anything but fresh. The bread was stale and chewy and the sausage tasted like it had been boiled for the last four hours. If that doesn't put you off, maybe the strong smell of cooking oil permeating through the entire restaurant will. Doesn't matter what coffee you order, it'll taste like vegetable oil because of the smell. The service was okay at this one (unlike East Kilbride and Warrington), but I should hope so given that I was one of two waiting customers. I think I'll have to consign myself to the fact that any Tim Hortons in this country doesn't match the quality of service of the ones you'd find in Canada.

Absolutely terrible service, woman on drive thru serving us was apathetic and incredibly unhelpful, only managed to order half of what we wanted. Got to the window with a discount for the French Vanilla promotion could barely get that done. Then ordered the rest of our order at the window and it was completely wrong. Surely staff are in need of a retraining? Went inside to sort my pancakes out, apparently I got what I ordered. Incorrect, I ordered the Hazelnut and Oreo pancakes, the man at front till who happened to be the same person who gave me my order shrugged and said it’s what I ordered. Thought this place was decent the first time we came but after such terrible service we will not be returning. Not to mention their neglect to mention ALLERGEN!!!! Overall, incredibly underwhelming, a waste of time and Dangerous!

This was my second experience of a Tim Horton and to be honest probably my last. Ordered the toasted chicken wrap with extra bacon and Chipotle sauce. The wrap was appaling, with half of it ending up in the bin outside. How difficult is it to place some chicken strips, bacon and salad with sauce in a wrap? Oh, and how about toasting it so its actually warm and not almost stone cold. All the other fast food locations have nothing to fear.

Ordered 1 meat burger 1 meatless burger.I was eating the burger that was packed in the “meatless burger” wrapping and then i thought it tasted too realistic and I looked at my boyfriends and that looked like the meatless burger (I am vegetarian for health reasons) I instantly felt sick, took the entire order on the tray back to the manager, there was no apology, no offer for a refund only “I’ll go and get the right burgers” after I had already eaten half and explained I can’t eat meat. He was not concerned at all by this. The rest of my meals order was on the tray (fresh chips and sauce) I had to ask for the rest of my order to be replaced when he just brought back the burgers, again there was no apology or offer for a refund. When I asked for a refund he said do I want £20 worth of donuts instead? £20 worth of donuts for something that could make me extremely sick, I thought it was a joke. I said no and took my refund, no apology again. I then proceeded to be sick due to this. While I was complaining about my order, another woman who I believe couldn’t eat beef for religious reasons had ordered a chicken burger and received a beef burger and then another woman had received a chicken burger instead of a beef burger. This was in the space of 2 mins that 3 orders went wrong. There was no concern from the staff that this couldn’t of made someone seriously...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this burger joint, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely brilliant. The burgers were cooked to perfection, juicy, and packed with flavor. Each bite was a delight, and the variety of toppings and options made it easy to find something for everyone. The drinks were also fantastic, perfectly complementing the meal and adding to the overall enjoyment.

The atmosphere was another highlight. The place had a warm and inviting vibe, with a comfortable and stylish interior that made it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Whether you're dining with friends, family, or even solo, the ambiance makes you feel right at home.

Service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient. They made sure that our orders were taken promptly and that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality added a special touch to the dining experience.

Overall, this burger joint exceeded my expectations in every way. From the delicious food to the pleasant atmosphere and excellent service, everything was great. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. I love comming...

I have visited Tim Hortons multiple times for breakfast, and I must say that it offers affordable options and the coffee surpasses that of other nearby establishments. It has become a convenient choice for a quick and reasonably priced morning meal. However, it's not a place that I would go out of my way to visit specifically for the food.

The doughnuts at Tim Hortons are undeniably delicious, but I can't help but feel they are slightly overpriced considering they are not made on-site and are rather ultraprocessed. While they are baked at the premises, they lack the freshness and handmade quality that I personally prefer in a doughnut. That being said, they still manage to satisfy a sweet craving.

On the positive side, the cleanliness of the place is notable. Tim Hortons maintains a clean and well-kept environment, which is always a plus when enjoying a meal or a cup of coffee.

Overall, Tim Hortons offers affordable breakfast options and a better coffee experience compared to other nearby establishments. While the doughnuts are tasty, they may not meet the expectations of those seeking a truly fresh and artisanal treat. However, if you're looking for a clean and convenient spot for breakfast, Tim Hortons is worth...
