Thankfully, staff member Josh bravely confirmed Tom was wrong and that he never delivered any food to my car, and showed the food went to wrong car park bag due to a ticketing issue made by their staff.
Tom was forced to apologise, (begrudgingly) and then handed me the same order that was made ten minutes ago and left under a heat lamp.
When I asked for a fresh order, he told me the bag was warm. You’ve just wrongly accused me of stealing in front of other customers and now won’t even make me a fresh order? Surely that’s the least you would do?!
Disgusting. Nothing but a false apology and a shrug.
One hour to get a stale order and be falsely accused of stealing in front of other customers.

It was very brave of him to tell the truth and confirm his manager Tom and Alan’s horrendous false accusation, made on the back of what they later confessed to be unclear CCTV. When you call up the restaurant they proceed to lie to you, telling you that they tried to call you but had no answer, when you’ve had no miss calls or anything on your phone. They then tell you that they cannot send you the missing items back out because they’re not allowed. They expect you to have paid full price for a meal that’s half there, no refund offered, no offer to send any missing items back to your property. They also proceed to tell you that they inform the just eat drivers and when the just eat drivers arrive to give you your food, the drivers don’t inform you of anything. The staff are very unprofessional and extremely rude mannered on the phone. You call up because of missing items and they carelessly don’t care, they don’t let you talk, they interrupt you, lie to you and then don’t even bother giving a refund or sending items out, they expect you to go and collect them from the restaurant yourself.
