Great little cafe, the staff are friendly and helpful, the prices are very reasonable and the café is 100% dog friendly.
The food is freshly cooked. We have had their full English breakfast several times now and the quality is consistent, with good bacon, well cooked fried eggs etc. A nice little touch that used to be common but is less so nowadays, is the fact that you get a pot of hot water along with your pot of tea - a little thing, but indicative of the attitude of the place. They also have a decent range of herbal teas, including redbush, however the decaffeinated coffee is only instant, not ground.
Dogs are welcome and every time we've been there, there have been several curled up under tables or sat next to the table looking hopefully at their owners' breakfasts.
All in all a little, slightly old-fashioned (and definitely none the worse for it)...

The detail and care here are outstanding, from the beautifully prepared food (which was absolutely delicious) to the warm, attentive service that Gayle provided, it couldn’t have been better. All in all, a wonderful spot that we’ll be returning to again and again. Highly...

In comparison to other places, the sausages weren't the best. I would only recommend this place for lunch, not breakfast. It's still a lovely cafe, though that does a...
