Edited Review: After trying AdeZ Oatmilk I can say that this tastes pretty nice, way better than their attempt at soya, so I will be sticking to oat milk at Costa from now on.
Original Review: I ordered a soya hot chocolate for delivery with Costa's new alternative brand AdeZ to try, as they have stopped using Alpro and instead have moved to this brand owned by Coca Cola. ย ย ย Read moreI agree that staff are generally pretty helpful and friendly; though I've had occasion when a middle aged woman working there, bucked the trend and has been quite acidic (being generous there BTW). Can't agree with the comments on beverage quality. It's a pretty mediocre to poor branch of Costa. The coffee is often acidic too; this is usualy a feature of Ethiopian coffee beans; or can be the inclusion of too much robusta beans but in this case I suspect it's poor brewing skill.
