Visiting Rassams Creamery in Wakefield turned out to be an enchanting experience that left a lasting impression on our taste buds and added a delightful chapter to our culinary adventures. From the moment we stepped inside, the vibrant atmosphere and the sweet aroma of desserts promised an indulgent evening ahead. Despite the initial 20-minute wait for a table, which could be attributed to the popularity of the place, the anticipation only heightened our expectations.

Once seated, the vast array of desserts on offer was truly a feast for the eyes. The menu boasted an impressive selection of shakes, cakes, and ice creams, each described in a manner that teased the senses. Although the ordering process wasn't explained to us upon arrival, and the bustling nature of the staff made it somewhat challenging to capture their attention at times, these minor hiccups did not detract from the overall positive experience.

The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the quality and presentation of the desserts. Each dish we ordered was a masterpiece in its own right, blending flavours and textures in a symphony of sweetness that was both satisfying and surprisingly refined. The cookie dough dessert, in particular, was a revelation—warm, gooey, and perfectly paired with a scoop of velvety ice cream that melted harmoniously in the mouth.

Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff, when attended to us, were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our culinary needs were met with a smile. It was evident that their dedication to creating a welcoming environment for all guests remained a priority, even in the midst of a bustling service.

In conclusion, Rassams Creamery in Wakefield stands as a testament to the joy of indulging in beautifully crafted desserts in a lively and inviting setting. While the wait for a table and the initial navigation of the ordering process might require a bit of patience, the reward of succulent sweets and a warm atmosphere more than compensates for these minor inconveniences. Rassams is a gem worth experiencing for anyone with a penchant for dessert delights, promising an evening of indulgence that is...

45 minute wait for a sundae and 4 scoops of sorbet, to be told they were out of Ferrero Roche and would some nuts and choco sauce be ok. Isn't that already on the Sundae.

We've been visiting Rassams for a few years now, always for a special occasion. Saturday night was so disappointing. What is usually a great experience was let down by basic service issues.

I'm an experienced restaurant manager and was 1st impressed by a robot server cruising around. With a robot server and the neon and waffle aromas, these visits are set up to to be home run!

I watched the person making my deserts push our sorbets around as they continued to put other orders in front of our order.

When the manager arrived to tell us they were out of Ferrero Roche. The kitchen staff knew they didn't have any but didn't inform the manager. The manager made the excuse of it being busy, but isn't a Saturday normally busy. There seems to be no communication between the kitchen and the floor staff. The manager should know what is running low and what isn't in stock. I'm sure the PoS system has the ability to 86 items and ensure customers and management are kept up to date about these issues.

The manager seemed a bit lost dealing with my complaint and I feel the owners aren't giving the poor girl the support and training she needs.

Some more kitchen training should be implemented so your team works in a harmonious way.

The restaurant scores are slipping due to staff service. Rassams should be sitting on a gold mine but is being dragged down by service . My recommendation to the owner, is to support your young staff and implement some systems to ensure your service takes this experience to gold star service restaurant.

We're gutted and love the place , but with the wait time it's just not worth it.

Good luck and I hope to see some more service training and you guys claim back...

Rassam’s Creamery is truly an ice cream shop like no other! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a vibrant and spacious setting, with colorful sofas spread across a massive ground floor that creates a lively and inviting atmosphere. It's not just the decor that sets Rassam’s apart, though—it's the unique experience they offer.

One of the highlights is their robot server, which delights both kids and adults alike by delivering your treats right to your table. Watching the robot glide across the floor with your order is pure fun and adds a futuristic twist to the whole visit. My kids were absolutely thrilled and couldn’t stop talking about it!

As for the menu, it seems endless! They have everything from ice cream and milkshakes to cake shakes, waffles, and so much more. The variety of flavors and options available ensures that there’s something for everyone, whether you’re in the mood for a classic dessert or something a bit more adventurous.

The quality of the treats is top-notch too. The ice cream was creamy and full of flavor, the milkshakes were perfectly blended, and the waffles were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Each item we tried was delicious and satisfying.

Overall, Rassam’s Creamery is a must-visit spot if you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly dessert experience. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick treat or planning a special outing with the kids, you’re sure to leave with a smile on your face—and maybe a new favorite dessert. Highly...

Arrived, asked if we’d booked & said no. Despite two thirds of the place empty we were told to sit down & wait for a table which took 20 mins. Can of drink put down on table.. no glass. Had to ask twice for some water for my daughter. Still, hopefully food good. Firstly food came out for my wife, youngest daughter & myself yet took another 15 minutes for my other daughters? When asked why they said ours would’ve been all cold if they’d waited till hers was cooked.. what? Supposed to be brought out together bud! You need to sort your timings out! Secondly, my wife ordered a malteser crepe. I ordered a banana choco kebab. I got exactly what my wife got but with banana instead of maltesers. Said you’ve got it wrong this is a crepe to which he said no it’s a kebab. I said no it’s clearly a crepe & put it next to my wife’s.. he still maintained it was a kebab. Not happy & all this after another waiter put something on our table which we hadn’t even ordered! No wonder they take payment up front which is rather strange.. Place was nice & clean & high spec but clearly not enough staff. They also obviously don’t believe in the phrase “the customers always right”. Also, the place is half empty so why stick us on a table in between 2 couples eating when we have young kids? Bizarre! What we did eat was nice but nowt better that pancakes at home with nuttella on. If only I’d ordered something else.. oh wait.. I did! Won’t be returning.
