Terrible experience, Some staff here are lovely and can not do enough for you. However, the last couple of times we have visited. One women in particular is rude and lazy. I asked for a highchair, when she brought it out it was filthy (obviously not cleaned from the previous child) she looked at the chair and walked off to leave me to clean it. Then after a 20 minute wait for a coffee and cake, both coffees arrived completely overflowing. Leaving a puddle in the saucer, causing a lot of mess. When you finally get what you ordered, the cake and coffee is half decent. It’s just the customer service......

I love going to mangobean the staff are very good at service fast and efficient. Always a smile on there faces . I like to sit in my special seat and the staff know what my order is going to be and its brought to my table super fast. They look after all customers this way though. Excellent tea (ringtons) only the best. Keep the good work up from one happy...
