Belotti's — Restaurant in Wales

My husband and I went today for light lunch. It was one of the worst experiences. To start with the stuff ignored us, while it was not really busy there, when asked for the menu the young lady didn’t say which till to order food and pay , so I had to queue twice as they have two tills and only on one of them you can order your food and drinks . The wait for a simple food was over 20min considering it was not busy . The food itself “ special of the day “ was awful, cheep bread ,tiny salad and also came in different time for both of us so when one of us was eating the other was waiting. Not asked if food was ok ? However glad that I was not the only one complaining as the lady next table said to the waitress the food was not up to standard, well at least they asked her. The stuff should be more aware and willing to help and learn people skills,overall very poor experience with food and stuff ….and of course won’t be going...

Really lovely little find on Wednesday for a late lunch . absolutely loved the inside of this place , beautiful painted Italian style art on walls , fresh meat & deli fridge & lots of Italian dried foods on the shelves available for purchase . There is a lovely little garden at the back you can sit in & it’s a nice sun catch , not a huge space so don’t be disappointed if you don’t get an outdoor table I think it’s probably potluck. The food is very nice , I had the meatball bun and chips - lovely sauce & nice chips - portion could be slightly bigger but the price is affordable and fair. Wonderful little Italian inspired coffee shop in the heart of Cardigan. From stepping into the cafe you are pleasantly overwhelmed with a glass counter bursting at the seams with Italian produce; cheese, salamis, olives and other antipastis. The shop also has shelves packed full of Italian pastas, oils and biscuits. I couldn’t resist taking home a bag of Italian biscuits to have with my coffee at home. The coffee was pleasant, only a tad too much bubbly foam for a supposedly silky flat white. But all in all, a good cup of coffee for a cold day.
