I have been here twice, I won't be back! My first visit I wanted a beef burger with bacon, cheese and an extra chicken burger, after spending nearly 10mins discussing this with the person on the drive through and her asking the manager it was decided that it couldn't be don't, so I settled for something else. The person I was with wanted a plain cheese burger, they said they do a 99p cheeseburger, out of curiousity I asked if I could add bacon and a chicken burger to that, with a over cheery response the girl said of course you can it's a completely customisable burger 🤦. I just responded with so you can do what I asked for 10mins ago! After a pause she said I suppose we can! I settled for what I ordered and drove around to the next window to collect my order, I had to wait 10mins at this window for 2 basic burgers, I wasn't given a receipt so I could leave feedback. I didn't leave the car park to eat out order, it was cold with little flavour! My second visit I ordered my customised order and a double bacon XL had to wait 10mins again, our food wasn't even Luke warm this time and again tastless. Staff were gormless and I wasn't allowed to pay cash (legal tender)!! I will never return to this branch! I have eaten at other burger king stores and they have been ok! I have found out that they have employed all the old staff from KFC which closed because they couldn't make it pay, the reviews for KFC we're less than poor mostly about the staff. I can see why McDonald's over the road is always busy and Burger King is quiet. My advise is stay away if you want food that is even...

Edit: Thought I'd give them another try today on Wednesday, ordered on the app, queued for 45mins in drive through only to be told I had to go in store to collect! Canceled my order and will be sticking to McDonald's from now on...
Update as of 17/03/23 Tried them again today, the app now works as intended and I was able to order, pay and collect from the drive-thru all via the Burger King app! The food was lovely, hot and fulfilling. My only issues were having to park up and wait 10 mins despite there being no one else in drive-thru. Was handed a drink but had to ask for a straw and was given no napkins. Despite this, it was a better experience than previous times. Will give them another...
Read moreWent through drive through and parked at the speaker no answer so drove to window 1 no one there so drive to payment and collection window. I was greeted by three faces staring at me not one opened the window to talk to me had to knock 3 times to get a response.
I double checked that they weren't open to which he replied yes but they were having problems with the drive thru equipment. Finally got to place my order which was 1 large meal 1 medium meal but both came with medium cokes. i told the lady I ordered a large and she said they were out of large cups but didn't in bother to be tell me when I placed the order so she gave me another medium coke.
When we got home the cokes were warm with no one asked both chips were small not medium and large why is it no one can make a fast food business work correctly...
